For reasons related to organization (hotel reservations in particular), the competitors are requested to send as soon as possible, and no later than April 11 st 2024, the present commitment form, completed and signed, accompanied by the required fees, as a necessary condition for validity. I acknowledge having read the regulations of the 35th International Air Rally of Tunisia, available frominfo-eng@aerorallyes.com and I declare my commitment, on behalf of myself and of my passengers, to abide by all of its prescriptions, and particularly the following conditions : 1 – To respect all the general and specific regulations and instructions that could be given to me by the organizers of the Rally. 2 – To commit myself to be in good standing with the owner of the aircraft and the insurance company, in order to participate in the Rally. 3 – To acknowledge the organization committee of the Rally as being the unique judge for all claims.
